Steven’s focus is principally Brooklyn and Manhattan where he enjoys working with a diverse clientele of singles, couples and families, helping them find or sell their home. Steven may be retained as either a listing agent for the seller, or a buyer’s agent for those looking to purchase – he regularly works with renters as well. Continually conscious of staying updated and knowledgeable of the NYC market, it’s not uncommon to find him at an industry seminar or reading some current real estate material. That enables Steven to provide the most accurate market information, housing choices and personalized service to his clients.
Born in snowy Syracuse, NY, Steven attended high school in Providence, RI and graduated from Adelphi University with a BS in Business Administration. Steven personally owns a co-op in Brooklyn where he happily resides with his wife and three boys. He loves to explore the city on his bike, get involved with community volunteer work, and spend time or travel with his family. Ever since he got engaged to his native Swiss wife on the peak of the Titlis, 11,000 ft. above the Alps, Switzerland remains one of their favorite vacation spots.
